Friends of the Children Board

Friends of the Children is an auxiliary support group.

Our mission is to show the children that adults believe in them and we want to encourage them by providing the "extras". Each campus has a separate board.

They have provided things like birthday presents, sports entry fees, uniforms and special equipment, video projectors for chapel, a frisbee golf course, campus flag poles, and money for the children to buy Christmas presents for their family. We also throw "special occasion" parties like graduation, Easter, and birthdays.

The Board meets several times per year to coordinate the Epicurean Experience (Nicholasville fundraiser) and Evening of Blessings (Owensboro fundraiser).
